Request an apartment using our reservation request form. Within the next business day, you'll receive e-mail confirmation of availability (or an alternative option) with price quote and contract attached. You will then provide a digital or scanned signed contract to make an initial deposit equal to one month's rent. Once we receive both the contract and the deposit, your reservation is confirmed! Please note: The apartment will not be reserved until Beehive has received a signed contract and the deposit.
PRICES + PAYMENT METHOD?
Monthly payments include the listed apartment price + tv, wifi, linnen and all cleaning. Utilities are not included in the price of the apartment (150) Beehive handles all payments through wire transfers. An initial deposit equal to one month's rent is required to confirm the reservation. At the beginning of every month, our tenants receive an invoice by e-mail, to be paid within 7 days of the issued date.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT?
The contract will include the details of your reservation and the conditions of rental. We ask all tenants to agree to this contract, sign, and return via e-mail prior to confirming reservation.
